If so, Best Buy is looking for an Advanced Repair Agent for our Geek Squad to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our customers.As an Advanced Repair Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing consumer electronics and appliances. You'll also be responsible for diagnosing and resolving customer service inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong technical background in consumer electronics and appliances, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
