  5. Stay Up-to-Date on Technology: Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide the best solutions to our customers.
  6. Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with other team members to share knowledge and provide the best customer service experience.
  7. Document and Communicate Repairs: Accurately document repairs and communicate with customers about the status of their repairs.
  8. Follow Company Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  9. Meet Performance Goals: Meet or exceed performance goals set by management, including repair turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
  10. Represent Geek Squad and Best Buy: Serve as a brand ambassador for Geek Squad and Best Buy, promoting our services and maintaining a positive image to customers.
