  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their technology needs.

  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology trends and products.

  9. Continuously strive to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  12. Stay current on all company and departmental updates and changes.
