You will also build relationships with customers by addressing their needs and providing advice and solutions.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in customer service, the ability to multitask, and excellent technical and problem-solving skills. You should also be comfortable working with a variety of consumer electronics, including computers, tablets, and smartphones. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to Best Buy customers, troubleshooting and repairing consumer electronics such as computers, tablets, and smartphones.
