Job Description

Are you looking to join a team of dedicated retail professionals known for delivering exceptional customer service? Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent, Retail Store, to join our team and provide knowledgeable and professional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, a technical aptitude and be able to explain complex technology in an understandable way. In addition, the Geek Squad Agent should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, have a passion for technology, and be eager to help customers learn about the latest products and services.To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail setting, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of current technologies and products in the consumer electronics industry and the ability to use handheld devices and other related tools is also preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to customers in a retail setting.
  2. Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and professionalism when assisting customers.
  3. Solve customer problems and answer questions related to products and services.
  4. Demonstrate technical aptitude and be able to explain complex technology in an understandable way.
  5. Work independently and as a part of a team.
  6. Remain up-to-date with current products and services in the consumer electronics industry.
  7. Utilize handheld devices and other related tools.
  8. Maintain a high school diploma or equivalent.
  9. Have at least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting.
