Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to all customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  2. Stay up-to-date on the latest tech trends and products in order to provide accurate information and solutions.
  3. Troubleshoot a wide range of products and services, from computers to home electronics.
  4. Answer customer questions and provide detailed advice on products and services.
  5. Assist customers with setting up and using their technology.
  6. Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic at all times.
  7. Utilize any available resources to resolve customer issues.
  8. Record customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvements.
  9. Work closely with other Geek Squad Agents to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Update customer records in the database.
