  1. Greet and welcome customers to Best Buy with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex technology issues for customers.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and products in order to effectively assist customers.
  5. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and data privacy.
  8. Work collaboratively with other Geek Squad Agents and store employees to ensure seamless customer service.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Serve as a brand ambassador for Best Buy and uphold the company's values and mission.
  12. Remain calm and professional in high-stress situations and handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  13. Ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented in the company's systems.
  14. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and processing returns.
