  2. Utilize expert knowledge of technology and products to assist customers with their technology needs.
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot technology issues, both in-store and remotely, and provide effective solutions.
  4. Offer recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their specific needs and budget.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with setting up and using new technology.
  6. Educate customers on the features and benefits of various technology products and services.
  7. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to better assist customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
