  1. Assist customers with their technology needs, including troubleshooting and installation of various devices and systems.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' concerns and finding solutions to their technical issues.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the Geek Squad team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  4. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and products to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
