Minimum Of 2 Years Experience As A Senior Agent Or Equivalent Role In A Technical Repair Service Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Current Technology Trends And Familiarity With Various Operating Systems And Software.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Customer Service And Conflict Resolution In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Customers.
High Level Of Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
