1. Assist with installation of home theater systems in customer's homes
2. Provide excellent customer service and support during home theater installations
3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to home theater equipment
4. Follow instructions from senior team members to ensure successful installation
5. Ensure all equipment is properly configured and tested for optimal performance
6. Maintain detailed records of home theater installations
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest home theater technologies and trends
8. Provide recommendations for new home theater solutions to customers
9. Assist with the return/exchange of products as needed
10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
