In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our customers in regards to LG home theater products.   1. Greet and welcome customers to Best Buy, providing a positive and friendly first impression of the store.
  2. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of LG home theater products and their features to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  3. Provide expert guidance and support to customers on LG home theater systems, including set-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  4. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate LG products and accessories.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in LG home theater technology to effectively educate and inform customers.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and meet individual and store goals.
  7. Ensure a clean and organized work area, including product displays and demo areas.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Assist with inventory management, including restocking products and ensuring accurate pricing and product information.
  10. Continuously strive to improve personal knowledge and expertise in LG home theater products through training and development opportunities.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Represent Best Buy in a positive and professional manner at all times, promoting a strong brand image.
