
Outlet Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for an Outlet Customer Experience Specialist to join our team and help us exceed customer expectations. The Outlet Customer Experience Specialist will be a customer service-oriented individual with the ability to provide technical advice and exceptional customer service to all customers. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for customer service. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented. We value someone who can remain patient and professional while dealing with customers, and who is eager to learn and develop their skills. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years of customer service experience, and be computer and technology literate. Previous retail experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service on the sales floor.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing product advice and technical information.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that the store is well-maintained and organized.
- Help stock and restock shelves and displays with merchandise.
- Accurately process sales transactions through the use of point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and promotions.
- Keep track of customer feedback and use it to improve customer experience.
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
- Monitor store security, detect shoplifters, and report any suspicious activity.
