Job Description

At Best Buy, we strive to provide customers with the best shopping experience possible. We are looking for an Outlet Customer Experience Specialist to join our team and help us exceed customer expectations. The Outlet Customer Experience Specialist will be a customer service-oriented individual with the ability to provide technical advice and exceptional customer service to all customers. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for customer service. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented. We value someone who can remain patient and professional while dealing with customers, and who is eager to learn and develop their skills. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years of customer service experience, and be computer and technology literate. Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service on the sales floor.
  2. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing product advice and technical information.
  3. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Ensure that the store is well-maintained and organized.
  5. Help stock and restock shelves and displays with merchandise.
  6. Accurately process sales transactions through the use of point-of-sale systems.
  7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and promotions.
  8. Keep track of customer feedback and use it to improve customer experience.
  9. Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
  10. Monitor store security, detect shoplifters, and report any suspicious activity.
