
Outlet Customer Experience Specialist
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Outlet Customer Experience Specialist to join the team at Best Buy! As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will use your friendly and knowledgeable demeanor to provide exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all customers and ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and productive.The ideal candidate for this role must have at least two years of prior experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment. You should be able to remain patient and courteous even in challenging situations, and you should be comfortable with using technology to assist customers. You must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong problem-solving ability.
