PC Repair and Installation Technician

Best Buy is looking for a PC Repair and Installation Technician who is passionate about technology and loves helping customers. We are seeking an individual with strong technical skills who can troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of computer hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as being able to work well in a team environment.To be successful in this role, you should have experience in installing and repairing computers and peripherals as well as troubleshooting and solving complex IT problems. You should also be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Additionally, you should have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for driving to customer locations. A degree or certification in computer repair and/or IT is preferred.
