PC Repair and Installation Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose computer hardware and software issues and repair or replace components as needed.
2. Install and configure operating systems, software, and peripheral components.
3. Provide technical support to customers both in-store and over the phone.
4. Run diagnostic tests on computer systems to identify and troubleshoot potential issues.
5. Maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.
6. Assist customers with the use of their PCs and related hardware and software.
7. Remain up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
8. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
9. Complete tasks within established timeframes.
10. Ensure customer satisfaction with all services provided.
