PC Repair and Installation Technician

You should also have a strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware components, and networking technologies. If you have experience with troubleshooting, customer service, and IT security, that would be a plus. Above all, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and expertise to customers for PC repairs and installations.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose PC hardware and software issues.
3. Install and configure PCs and related components.
4. Maintain and repair PCs and software.
5. Identify and recommend upgrades and improvements to existing systems.
6. Provide customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
8. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Maintain a current understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware components, and networking technologies.
10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repairs.
