Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and repair a variety of PC-related issues.
  2. Install and configure PC hardware, software, and peripheral components.
  3. Maintain accurate records of repair and installation activities.
  4. Provide timely and friendly customer service.
  5. Follow all safety procedures and protocols when handling PCs.
  6. Ensure all repaired PCs are tested and running smoothly.
  7. Respond to customer inquiries about repair and installation services.
  8. Stay up to date on the latest developments in PC technology.
  9. Diagnose any hardware or software issues and provide solutions.
  10. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with repair and installation services.
