  1. Lead and manage a team of retail employees to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  2. Create a positive and engaging work environment for employees to ensure high levels of motivation and productivity.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall retail experience for customers.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  5. Train and mentor employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  6. Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless retail experience for customers.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the retail experience.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their growth and development.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
  12. Manage inventory levels and ensure products are properly displayed and promoted in-store.
  13. Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on store performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Collaborate with the recruiting team to hire and onboard new employees as needed.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Consumer Electronics Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Retail Employees.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle Challenging Situations And Resolve Conflicts Effectively.
