- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure they provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Train, develop and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services offered in order to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensure store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including maintaining inventory levels and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to continuously improve the retail experience.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating exceptional customer service, sales skills and product knowledge.
Extensive Retail Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service And Resolve Customer Complaints Or Issues In A Professional And Timely Manner.
Strong Leadership Abilities: Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Leading A Team, Including Hiring, Training, And Developing Employees To Achieve Sales Goals And Maintain High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations: Familiarity With Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Sales Techniques. Experience With Point-Of-Sale Systems And Cash Handling Is Also Preferred.
Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As Strong Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Employees, And Other Stakeholders.
