  1. Lead and manage a team of retail associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  2. Utilize strong retail background and experience to drive sales and meet performance goals.
  3. Create a positive and engaging shopping environment for customers by ensuring store standards and visual merchandising are maintained.
  4. Coach and train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
  6. Motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales goals by setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback.
  7. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
  8. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability for customers.
  10. Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and brand image at all times.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing support and development opportunities for team members.
