4. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Utilize effective sales techniques to increase sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
9. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
10. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create an inviting and professional environment for customers.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
13. Attend training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
14. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
15. Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the store manager.
