1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and positive first impression.
2. Assist customers in finding the perfect computing solutions for their needs by actively listening to their requirements and recommending appropriate products and services.
3. Stay up-to-date on the latest computing technology and products offered by Best Buy, and effectively communicate this information to customers.
4. Actively promote and cross-sell Best Buy products and services, including accessories, warranties, and Geek Squad services.
5. Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring that customers have a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.
6. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Best Buy's policies, procedures, and guidelines, and adhere to them at all times.
7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and expertise in the computing department, including features, benefits, and specifications of different products.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and demonstration areas, to create an inviting shopping environment for customers.
9. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall success of the computing department, and the store as a whole.
11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience, and provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences.
12. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner, following Best Buy's policies and procedures.
13. Attend regular training sessions and product knowledge seminars to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the computing industry.
14. Continuously strive to improve personal sales techniques and skills, and share knowledge and best practices with team members.
15. Adhere to all safety and security protocols, and ensure the security of store assets and customer information.
