Senior Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and identify new opportunities for growth in the retail sales of consumer electronics

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers and associates

• Maintain a deep knowledge of products and services and answer customer inquiries

• Assist customers with product selection, order fulfillment, and any other related sales activities

• Establish and maintain a professional, customer-friendly work environment

• Ensure that all sales and customer service targets are met

• Communicate with other departments (e.g. marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure efficient operations

• Monitor and report on sales data and complete other related sales reports

• Stay up to date with the latest consumer electronics products and services
