Senior Retail Sales Consultant

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong knowledge of the products we carry, and a desire to exceed customer expectations. The Senior Retail Sales Consultant should also be able to identify sales opportunities and upsell products and services to customers.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of retail sales experience, a customer-focused attitude, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Additionally, you should have a working knowledge of the latest technology and be able to explain complex products and services in an easy-to-understand manner.

Responsibilities:

7. Assist customers with making purchasing decisions.
8. Process customer payments and complete sales transactions.
9. Monitor and manage inventory levels.
10. Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves.
