Best Buy is looking for a motivated and experienced Services Experience Supervisor to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a superior customer experience and leading a team of associates to deliver on our service commitments. As a Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to use your creativity and problem-solving skills to create a unique and memorable customer experience.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of two years of retail experience, preferably with a focus on customer service, and be highly organized with great attention to detail. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and create a unique and memorable customer experience.
  2. Manage and supervise a team of associates to ensure customer service commitments are met.
  3. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate actions to improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and improve customer experience.
  5. Maintain and update store policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor store performance and take action to ensure goals are met.
  7. Develop and implement training programs for store associates.
  8. Resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Promote a positive and professional work environment.
