Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a unique and memorable customer experience.
- Manage and supervise a team of associates to ensure customer service commitments are met.
- Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate actions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and improve customer experience.
- Maintain and update store policies and procedures.
- Monitor store performance and take action to ensure goals are met.
- Develop and implement training programs for store associates.
- Resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
