- Ensure efficient and timely flow of products throughout the store.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with store management to create and implement effective product flow strategies.
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments to ensure accurate and timely product placement.
- Conduct daily audits to ensure product accuracy and proper placement.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with product flow, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Communicate with vendors and other departments to resolve any shipping or inventory discrepancies.
- Train and mentor team members on proper product flow procedures.

- Act as a customer service representative, assisting customers with product questions and concerns.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety standards.
- Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to the product flow process.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and product flow activities.
