  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge of Verizon products and services to assist customers in finding the best phone, tablet, or plan to fit their needs.
  3. Educate customers on the features and benefits of Verizon products and services.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or concerns related to Verizon products or services.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest Verizon products, promotions, and policies.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the display and demo devices.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively promoting and selling Verizon products and services.

  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management.
