  1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with company goals and create an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
  2. Collaborate with store management to understand sales goals and create visually appealing displays that drive sales.
  3. Utilize strong design skills to create eye-catching and innovative displays that showcase products in an engaging and effective way.
  4. Continuously monitor and maintain store displays to ensure they are visually appealing, organized, and in line with brand standards.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into visual merchandising strategies to keep the store displays fresh and relevant.
  6. Conduct regular store walks to identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  7. Train and educate store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards to maintain consistency throughout the store.
  8. Work closely with the buying and marketing teams to ensure product positioning is aligned with promotional and marketing campaigns.
  9. Maintain inventory of visual merchandising supplies and coordinate with vendors to order necessary materials.
  10. Communicate with store management and corporate teams to provide updates on visual merchandising initiatives and share successes and challenges.
  11. Uphold the company's visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve visual merchandising skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador by positively representing the company and its values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the back stockroom and visual merchandising storage areas.
  15. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.

  • Experience In Visual Merchandising: Previous Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Setting, Is A Must-Have Qualification For This Role.
