
Travel Operations Support Lead
Assists management by providing operational support and day-to-day direction to the Partner Payments Sales Operations team. Ensures quality customer care for travel partners and our hotels by resolving escalated opportunities/issues. Maintains department’s operating procedures and recommends quality improvement for processes. Assists management by training, coaching and mentoring team. Provides direction and oversight for day-to-day operations and communicates daily priorities. Ensures department objectives and service measurements are maintained. Assists management in reporting and analysis. Special Projects as assigned.
Minimum 3 - 5 years customer service, sales, operations or related experience
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced and fluid environment
Travel industry or Travel Agency experience is a plus
GDS experience and/or knowledge is a plus
