- Lead and manage a team responsible for integrating various systems and processes related to people operations.
- Develop and implement integration strategies to ensure efficient and effective utilization of people systems.
- Oversee the successful integration of new systems and processes, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any integration issues or challenges.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize integration processes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for integration projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on integration progress and address any concerns or questions.
- Train and mentor team members on integration processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in regards to people systems integration.
- Continuously research and stay updated on industry best practices and trends in systems integration to enhance processes.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to drive motivation and productivity.
- Represent the company and its mission of making homeownership more accessible and affordable in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing And Implementing People Systems, Such As Hris Or Ats.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Procedures, Including Employee Onboarding, Performance Management, And Compliance.
Excellent Project Management Skills And The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience With Integration And Implementation Of New Hr Systems, Including Data Migration And Training Of End-Users.
