Job Description

We are seeking a Post Closing Coordinator to join Better’s fastest growing eAgency, Better Settlement Services. This person will be instrumental in the growth of Better’s rapidly expanding in-house title insurance agency. The Post Closing Coordinator will be responsible for submitting all final signed mortgages, deeds, lien releases, etc. within our e-recording system or directly to the county clerk's office. Combine documents into a recording package Perform quality control review of all documents in the recording package. Complete all documents to perfect the recording package to ensure quick recording. Record documents through SimpliFile electronic recording platform Ship packages of recording documents to local county offices.Track and continually follow up with counties and other government agencies to obtain recording confirmation. Manage daily work activity using tasks generated in the operating system. Work with funders to void and reissue recording checks.
