  1. Lead the design and development of the user interface for Better Mortgage's digital platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and define user interface goals.
  3. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform UI design decisions.
  4. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather user feedback.
  5. Ensure that the UI design is aligned with the overall product vision and strategy.
  6. Conduct regular usability testing and make data-driven decisions to improve the user experience.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the UI design.
  8. Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and efficient implementation of UI designs.
  9. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality UI designs.
  10. Communicate progress, challenges, and insights to stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams.
  11. Advocate for the user and ensure that their needs and preferences are considered in all UI design decisions.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment of the UI design with the brand's visual identity.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members on UI design principles and best practices.
  15. Contribute to the overall product roadmap by providing insights and recommendations based on user needs and market trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Focus On Ui Design And Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of User Experience Principles And Ability To Translate User Needs Into Product Features.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products In A Fast-Paced, Agile Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams Such As Design, Engineering, And Marketing.
