  1. Lead and manage client delivery strategy and execution for BetterUp, ensuring exceptional experiences and outcomes for clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all delivery-related matters.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  4. Drive client retention and satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities for growth and advocating for the client's best interests.
  5. Analyze data and metrics to measure and track client success, and use insights to make strategic recommendations for improvement.
  6. Mentor and guide a team of client delivery professionals, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance and development.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate client delivery processes.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior leadership, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
  9. Effectively manage client escalations and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Represent BetterUp as a thought leader and subject matter expert in client delivery, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Client Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Client Relationships, Preferably In The Consulting Or Coaching Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering High-Quality Services To Clients And Maintaining Long-Term Partnerships.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As The Principal Client Delivery Partner, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Client Delivery Managers And Ensuring The Smooth Delivery Of Services To Clients. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Their Team To Achieve Their Goals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Requires Frequent Communication With Clients, Team Members, And Other Stakeholders. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Build Rapport, Negotiate, And Handle Challenging Situations Diplomatically.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Coaching And Consulting Practices: The Principal Client Delivery Partner Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Coaching And Consulting Best Practices And Methodologies. They Should Be Able To Provide Strategic Guidance To Clients And Their Team Members On How To Achieve Their Goals Effectively.

  • Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Think Strategically. They Should Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Growth, Develop New Business Strategies, And Drive Revenue Growth For Betterup. Additionally, They Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Financial Management And Budgeting To Ensure Profitability And Efficiency In Client Delivery.
