3. Monitor store activity throughout overnight shift
4. Receive, unpack, and stock inventory
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
6. Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
7. Process sales and returns accurately and efficiently
8. Report any safety or security concerns to management
9. Follow store policies and procedures
10. Assist with other duties as assigned
