Overnight Store Associate

We're looking for an Overnight Store Associate to join our Big Lots family! Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and excited to work with a fast-paced team. Our Overnight Store Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, stocking and restocking merchandise, and handling store operations. You must be available to work overnight shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service to customers • Stock and restock merchandise as needed • Handle store operations such as opening and closing the store • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Assist in the training of new store associates, if needed • Follow all safety and quality standards • Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times • Report any issues or concerns to the store manager • Be available to work overnight shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Maintain knowledge of store promotions and policies
