At Big Lots, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Store Associate to join our team. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, stocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. If you are an outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.The ideal candidate should have previous retail experience, a strong work ethic, and an enthusiastic attitude. You must also be able to work flexible hours in order to best serve our customers. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.We are looking for an individual who takes pride in providing the best customer service experience. Responsibilities: -Provide exceptional customer service to customers -Assist customers with purchases and inquiries -Stock shelves with merchandise -Maintain the cleanliness of the store -Be knowledgeable about products and services offered -Work flexible hours to best serve customers -Be a team player and provide excellent customer service -Ensure all safety protocols are followed -Follow store policies and procedures
