- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and understand business needs and translate them into effective application solutions.
- Develop, test, and implement new applications and features to enhance and improve the company's overall operations.
- Ensure that all applications are running efficiently and effectively by conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and optimize existing applications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users as needed.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current applications and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all applications, including user manuals and technical specifications.
- Review and approve changes to applications to ensure they align with business requirements and adhere to industry standards.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate external applications and systems with internal ones.
- Train and mentor junior application analysts and developers to ensure their growth and development within the company.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and present solutions.
Extensive Experience In Application Development And Maintenance, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Senior Or Lead Role.
Strong Understanding Of Retail Business Processes And Systems, With A Focus On Inventory Management, Supply Chain, And Customer Experience.
Proficiency In A Variety Of Programming Languages, Such As Java, C++, And Sql, As Well As Experience With Enterprise Software Systems Like Sap Or Oracle.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Projects From Conception To Implementation, With A Strong Focus On Meeting Timelines And Budget Constraints.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues, As Well As Experience In Providing Technical Support And Training To End-Users.
