
Associate Program Officer, Transformation
Manage a discrete grant portfolio and/or research and analysis work in support of grant-making, strategy development, measurement and evaluation, donor coordination, communications, and advocacy. Provide ongoing research, background information, and analytical support for program management and to support direction of new and emerging projects in the Transformation Team, including helping draft proposals, scheduling meetings, and writing briefs and literature reviews. lay an active role in the supporting the day-to-day operations of the Transformation Team by helping prepare, organize, lead, and facilitate team meetings and ad hoc working sessions. Participate in meetings, coordinate programmatic input, and write and review briefs to prepare foundation leadership for high-profile events (e.g., Learning trips and speeches). Support and take a lead role in knowledge-sharing within the Transformation Team, PS, and USP. Manage special projects as needed. May manage a small number of grants under the guidance of senior program staff. This role is responsible for high quality interactions and clear and consistent communications with grantees and partners in the field.
Previous experience in U.S. higher education required
