Job Description

Lead DAC operations with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building great customer-centric services. Apply design, operations and planning to scale DAC’s implementation consistent with DAC’s 5-year roadmap to integrate DAC thinking, processes and tools into the Foundation’s rhythm of business across the Global Health and Global Development programs. Manage a portfolio of clinical studies progressing through a “DAC Process” workflow that centers on DAC’s protocol review and trial planning grant service lines; such management including statistics and visualization of portfolio and individual study progress as well as key milestones. Support DAC’s existing protocol review process by managing relationship managers as they provide thought partnership to PI and PST teams, and lead the After-Action Review process to ensure continuous improvement of the DAC program and processes. Manage internal and external relationships and project progress for Trial Planning Grants to ensure successful, timely completion while increasing the likelihood recommendations will be implemented and the DAC Program integration to Foundation’s business (e.g., INVEST, PD Workflow) encounters less resistance.
