Program Officer, Measurement, Learning & Evaluation

Provide leadership on team information to facilitate use of data and findings to inform key decisions and strategy execution. Develop tools and processes to provide access to data, evidence, and analytics, and design and support data-driven learning opportunities for the team. Manage the team’s research, data, and evaluation grants and contracts to ensure the completion of key deliverables so that results, learning, and data are collected, analyzed, and reported in a timely and useful manner. Collaborate with other program officers to support the development and implementation of strong performance management routines, informed by MLE and data. We’re looking for someone who can connect rigorous measurement with overall strategic goals, helping us all to ultimately improve our work. Ensure strong project management, quality output, and collaborative success for cross-division data and MLE projects. Manage day to day coordination and collaboration of MLE Leads working group.
