Shipping Assistant
The responsibilities of this position are to support the DD Shipping Department by preparing International and Domestic orders for OEM, Distributor, Survey customers and assist other areas where needed on the shipping floor. Prepares OEM, International, Survey and Domestic shipments for final packing and shipping. Assists with receiving product from Product Finishing and release to Set Assembly. Assist set Assembly and Retail Shipping Inventory. Assembly of shipping cartons. Assist with paperwork related to the CAP shipments Works in a safe manner, follow procedures and direct part time employees to do the same. Follow company policies and practices as outlined in the handbook and follows guidelines regarding safety and outlined in AWAIR, Chemical Hygiene and Exposure Control manuals in accordance to the job.

Ability to complete tasks accurately and productively
Knowledge of basic office equipment including computers and photocopiers preferred
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, multitask, and have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
