  1. Communicate with prospective students and their families to provide information about Biola University and the admissions process.
  2. Conduct campus tours and attend recruitment events to showcase the university and its offerings.
  3. Counsel prospective students on academic programs, financial aid, and other resources available at Biola.
  4. Evaluate applications and make admissions decisions in accordance with university policies and procedures.
  5. Serve as a liaison between the university and high schools, community colleges, and other organizations to promote Biola and recruit prospective students.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all interactions with prospective students and their application materials.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as financial aid and academic advising, to ensure a smooth admissions process for students.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in admissions and higher education to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  9. Represent Biola at college fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events.
  10. Cultivate relationships with prospective students, parents, and high school counselors to foster a positive image of Biola and its values.
  11. Assist in the development of marketing materials and recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
  12. Serve as an ambassador for Biola University and its mission of equipping students to impact the world for Christ.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Counseling, Education, Or Psychology.

  • Previous Experience In Admissions Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Prospective Students And Their Families.

  • Knowledge Of Admissions Processes And Procedures, Including Application Review And Evaluation.

  • Commitment To The Mission And Values Of Biola University, With A Passion For Higher Education And Helping Students Fulfill Their Potential.
