- Conduct research and publish scholarly articles and books in the field of spiritual theology and formation.
- Mentor and guide students in their personal spiritual formation and direction.
- Serve as a faculty advisor for students pursuing degrees in spiritual theology and formation.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development and assessment.
- Engage in service activities within the university and wider Christian community, including speaking at conferences and leading retreats.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate spiritual formation and direction into various academic disciplines.

A Ph.d. In Spiritual Theology, Theology, Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.
A Minimum Of Five Years Of Teaching Experience At The University Level, Preferably In The Areas Of Spiritual Theology, Formation, And Direction.
A Strong Record Of Scholarly Research And Publications In The Field Of Spiritual Theology.
Experience In Providing Spiritual Direction And/Or Mentoring Students In Their Spiritual Formation.
Demonstrated Commitment To The Integration Of Faith And Learning And Alignment With The Christian Mission And Values Of Biola University.
