Job Description

Administrate the services of the Learning Center and manage the front desk and welcome area (including all walk-ins, phone calls and emails). Reports to the Director of the Learning Center and supports the Assistant Director of the Learning Center. Manage special diet processes for students with dietary needs and restrictions, averaging 150-170 students/year. This includes reviewing documentation, recording in Biola Insight, and coordinating the student’s needs with Bon Appetit. Manage subscription process for Learning Ally (audiobooks service) for 30-40 students per semester who receive this accommodation. Schedule courses for SAPS and A&B programs. Coordinate approximately 250 (per semester) proctoring requests and schedules for students and faculty. Proctor exams as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • One to two years experience in administrative/office work

  • Experience working with disability services preferred

  • Experience in administrative medical work preferred

  • Clerical competence, accuracy and ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.

Compensation
