Job Description

As a Senior Associate within Talent Strategy & Development, you will help set the overall strategy of our Talent org and execute against key people initiatives to unlock the potential of our employees and teams. Support the design and execution of our organizational people strategy. Partner with company leadership to drive complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives that impact all aspects of the business and organization. Support organizational design and large-scale change initiatives, including global performance management Ideate and build out content for strategic talent programs to be rolled out globally. Lead and partner with the Talent Partner team to support the organization in the following areas: career planning, Performance management, change management, data reporting and analysis, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.

Job Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a People/HR professional or Human Capital Consultant

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and influence with or without positional authority

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and communicate insights to stakeholders
