
Sr. Kitchen Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Kitchen Manager to join the BJ's Restaurants team and help us create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. Our Senior Kitchen Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and supervising the kitchen staff while ensuring the highest quality of food is prepared and served in a timely manner.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of restaurant kitchen management experience and a proven track record in leading a team. They must be able to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for food and customer service. The Senior Kitchen Manager should be able to develop and implement cost-effective strategies that improve operational efficiency and maximize guest satisfaction.
