
Human Resources Manager
Drives & supports employee engagement programs that will enhance the employee experience while enabling business success. Drives & coordinates training programs/initiatives to support organizational needs, & to ensure all employees are trained & certified to perform their assigned duties. Maintains close oversight of Club Human Resources functions. Works closely with the Recruiting Center of Excellence to recruit & hire new employees. Oversees new employee orientation & successful onboarding of new employees. Provides direction, guidance & interpretation of HR policy. Oversees scheduling process for all hourly employees ensuring a productive workforce is available within budget guidelines. Ensures accurate execution of club payroll. Oversees the administration all personnel paperwork including completing & processing new hire paperwork, hourly wage increases, hourly promotions, terminations, worker's compensation & unemployment claims.
3+ years of HR experience
Retail environment experience preferred
Ability to build & maintain trust-based, collaborative relationships & influence others
Proven experience managing multiple priorities, anticipating needs, & prioritization
