  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  3. Supervise and train accounts payable staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the accounts payable process.
  5. Monitor and maintain compliance with company and industry regulations.
  6. Review and reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

  10. Maintain relationships with vendors and resolve any payment issues.
  11. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  12. Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounts payable practices.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the accounts payable team.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Accounts Payable, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Experience With Financial Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Strong Leadership And Supervisory Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Prioritize Tasks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Departments And Vendors.
