Associate's Degree In Occupational Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution.
Current Certification As A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Cota) From The National Board For Certification In Occupational Therapy (Nbcot).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Cota In A Clinical Or Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Occupational Therapy Principles And Techniques, As Well As Familiarity With Current Treatment Modalities And Equipment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients.
